I wanted a chest to get outdoor cushions out of the rain conveniently. One is a particularly large cushion for a small daybed, so the size of most available storage chests was just not sufficient. This chest is plenty large, was a bear to put together but it was just me so a second pair of hands would have solved those issues. Overall well made and sturdy. Good purchase!
