It holds shape well and doesn't bunch up or "roll" forward from the top of each pocket like other similar products can do. It sits quite flush against the wall so doesn't take up much room.I didn't use the door hooks that came with it but instead hung it up via 4 medium Command hooks, the supplied hooks seem like would work fine but you can obviously see the other end of the hook on the other side of the door if that bothers you.
